I was not wrong when I thought Kai would be enthralled by the x-rays on the light table. She’s been going back to look at them all week and naming all her body parts.

We’re still working on learning the names of some basic bones/bone groups (skull, spine, ribs). I think this was a perfect activity in early fall, a little bit of lead in for Halloween, and skeletons not being scary, but instead, interesting, as well. Kai has also figured out that she can overlap the x-rays like a puzzle to build a whole body. (Note: the True To Life Human X-Rays we got pick up lint like nobodies business!)
